At Wax Life, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality candles. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only the best. Please review our updated return and refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

After placing the order with your confirmation no changes will be done on the count of products to reduce the order quantity after confirmation, but candles/products can be added if needed. Carefully review the order before confirming and making the payment.                                                                                                                                                     All purchases made at Wax Life are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations, except for products that are damaged in transit.
This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our candles for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@thewaxlife24.com.

When you reach out, please include:

A brief description of the issue

Kindly ensure to make a video of unboxing the product/products from beginning till end, so in case of damage we can proceed with immediate replacement or partial refund. We will be only accepting videos for replacement /partial refund, images will not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items.

The item must be shipped back to our store within 48 hours of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse:

Our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
